Perfex independent Module

Task is:
Create a Perfex independent Module for Events.
Even Module for Perfex.
Users can create an Event independently and it will add to the calendar. Users can be added to the specific Event. Dates and time can be managed from the Event. Location can be set for the Event etc.
Basically take the Google Calendar Event creation form and duplicate it on Codeigniter/Perfex.
With the ability to integrate it with absolutely everything.
Event can be created based on Invoice, Proposal, Estimate etc. I need to be able to convert everything to and Event.
Event is added to a calendar and the Event calendar can be integrated in to Google calendar and other calendars that Perfex offers.
+I need to be able to add a new Event on the calendar separately as well.
