Perfex - Open Source CRM, Configuration/installation and modification

I'm looking for help getting PerfexCRM set up and configured from the ground up. I have a hosting platform already in place, so that I need you to be set up. and also I do need help customizing the software so it works exactly how I want it. I'm looking for someone with extensive experience in configuring and installing CRMs, so they can make sure it's done right the first time. Any questions or suggestions you may have throughout the process would also be greatly appreciated.
