Perfex Module = New Hire trackers

Hey! I need a dashboard that allows our front desk to record information on new hires. In the dashboard you should be able to create a new hire, and when you do it, it asks for : Name, Date of Birth, Date of Hire, Payrate, email, phone. That information should be saved under the persons name, so for example, the new hire dashboard would include all the new hires we added by name, and we should have the ability to relate the new hire to a customer account and add notes to the new hire's info
