Perfex (CodeIgniter) CRM Login/Logout Control

Objective
Develop the Following Type of System.
Info- Staff regularly logs in using the CRM. The activity Log of staff can be checked inside the CRM presently.
Objective- To create a system such that we can control the Login-Logout Time of Staff in CRM
Eg,
Morning 9.00 Am to 9.15. AM will be login time. After that Login will be stopped and log-in can only be activated with Super Admin's permission for that particular staff.
Breaktime in between. Where All Users will be Logged Out.
Again there will be login Hrs from 1.15 PM to 1.30 PM. After that will Stop.
Finally, All The staff will be Logged Out after a certain time at 6.00 PM
