Perfex CRM-WHMCS Bidirectional Synchronization Fix

****Project Overview:

I am currently working with Perfex CRM v3.0.1 and WHMCS v8.12.1, hosted on the same server (PHP 8.2, MySQL, Litespeed) but under separate cPanel accounts.

****Objective:

I’ve developed a custom module for Perfex CRM intended to synchronize the client database between WHMCS and Perfex, bidirectionally — from WHMCS to Perfex and vice versa.

The fields to be synchronized include:

First Name
Last Name
Company
Phone
Email
Address
City
State / Province
Country
TAX ID

Currently, the synchronization is triggered manually via a button. However, the implementation is not processing the data correctly, and I need:

A fix for the current import/export functionality.

An automated synchronization process to run on a scheduled basis using a CRON job.

***Requirements:

1- Debug and correct the existing synchronization logic.
2- Implement a reliable, scheduled sync process via CRON.
3- Ensure compatibility with Perfex CRM’s module system and coding standards.
4- The final deliverable must be a fully functional, installable ZIP module for Perfex.
