Perfex CRM - Remove customers

I want to remove customers from perfex and assign all customer as projects only.
This has to to back to expences ect.
I also want to add a stock intergration that i can record inventory and charge it to a project as its going out.
It will need to be about to be a purchase order then marked as delivered into or stock.
Has to be mobile friendly and easy to change stock.
