We are looking for a Module for a Reminder late fee System.
The Module is the same as the invoice list with some changes.
We will send an invoice fee pdf with an amount to the customers which no pay the main invoice.
Futures:
+ the created fee pdfs is safe on a local dir on the ftp.
+ the fee pdfs is automatic sendet by a cron with attachment
+ Create the invoice Fee with your own PDF template
+ Invoice Late fee list like invoices list..
Settings:
+ Reminder FEE Präfix: MA-(Example)
+ Next Late Fee Number: 100 (Example)
+ After how many days is the Late Fee Invoice overdue: 14 - days (example)
Is the late fee invoice overdue, the late fee invoice become a red background in the list, and the cronjob send a E-Mail on a deposited E-Mail address (in the settings):
„Hey the late fee MA-100 is not payed.“
+ After how many days you will send the late fee invoice?: 21 days after create the invoice.: X Days
