Perfex CRM Customization
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hi, I purchased Perfex CRM (+ Accounting module & Purchase module) in codecanyon. And i want to have some customization for my business
1. We would like to have a fully database of customers & vendors, by having their auto-generated customer code / vendor code
2. We want to enhance Project functions, as the project revenue calculation are very important to us.
We want to auto-generate a new project code in sequence, and in the project, we can create invoice & purchase order. Hence, we can see the total cost & revenue of that project; and also the payments status
In this way, we can freely to choose to:
1. create project -> in project -> create invoice / purchase order (so, all cost will related to that "project") ; or
2. direct create invoice (no cost will related to any project)
3. Accounting Module, we want to have some enhancement for the accounting module.
- Auto generate the transaction code (now we have to input by ourselves)
- Receivable: We can record 1 payment for different invoices - it can be more easy for us to make the bank reconciliation
- Payable / Expenses: We can record 1 payment for different POs
- Payable / Expenses: We can choose the payment accounts, and related accounts in the payable transaction
** Remarks : Receipt function keep unchanged, we can print the receipt by choosing that invoice
4. In project, we can print the project report by all income (invoices) & expenses (purchase order), vendor name & code, details, invoice & purchase order payment status, and total project & loss amount
5. Customize the quotation format in PDF
6. Customize the invoice & purchase order format (to upload product picture in the invoice / purchase order). also some field in PDF
