Perfex CRM - Custom Module Development and Maintenance (Longterm work)

Hello, I'm looking someone to update and add new functions to some Perfex modules I've created (I would share git repository for you to work on), and give you all required credentials. I will be responsible for change requests, specifications and testing, you would be responsible for programming.
Also, I have some ideas for new modules I would like to develop. It all has to be developed with knowledge of envato coding standards because all the modules will be selled via codecanyon afterwards. Therefore I will be the source code owner afterwards and I will be entitled to all the copyrights, right to distribute and resell the module and And you, as developer won't be entitled to any of earnings that I will earn through codecanyon and other sales channels I will sell this module through. If this is ok for you, please, feel free to post your offer.
I would like to know your expertise with Perfex CRM Module development - portfolio would be nice. Also please, state your availability (how many hours per month you can work for us and what is your hourly rate you would charge me
