Perfex CRM - Add Discount per Item Feature

I'm looking for a developer with experience in Perfex CRM to create a module that allows for a discount to be applied to individual items on both invoices and proposals. The module must support both percentage and fixed amount discounts. Furthermore, the discounts should always be visible to clients on their documents.
