'Pending payment' problem on woocommerce

I am looking for someone to help today with a 'Pending payment' issue on my woocommerce store. I am using SecurePay as my payment gateway. The customer is getting this error message "This order cannot be paid for. Please contact us if you need assistance."The transaction time needs to be in real-time, so I need assistance to make sure that payments are processed quickly and correctly.
