Paypal API expert needed

I need an Paypal API expert who has great experience with integrating paypal.
We have used Stripe before, but wants to add another payment gateway as Paypal. We need following things:
- 3ds integration and testing
- connecting to your recurring payment system (paypal has slightly different logic of handling subsciptions, so the scripts should be rewritten)
- testing all features of your site (related with payment processing).
You will work through teamviewer and I will assist you.
