Payment gateway, Invoicing, POS terminal, Shipping modules for Odoo

I am looking for a developer to create a payment gateway, invoicing connection, POS terminal, and shipping modules for my Odoo system.

Workflow:

1. The Cloud POS is a new solution from Verifone which connects the Terminal trough an API.

--> Install
--> Activate Verifone Cloud
--> You connect to their API
--> Get available POS/Terminals
--> Link Terminal to Counter (Terminal ID 1 = Counter 1.) and so on.

2. Payday API which will create an invoice with a due date, final due date and other informations.

--> Install
--> Activate Payday API
--> API authentication.
--> Choose what payment mode to create invoice for with Toggle:

----> Cash payments (toggle ON/OFF)
----> Card payments Debit/Credit payments (toggle ON/OFF)
----> Invoice payments (always on)
----> eCommerce payment gateway payments (toggle ON/OFF)

-----> IF OFF = always create the invoice normal in Odoo.
-----> IF ON = Create invoice via Payday API (but can be made as well inside the Odoo as long as the invoice numbers between the API one, and the ODOO one match.)

3. Payment Gateway Verifone

--> Online checkouts via Odoo ecommerce.
