Payment Gateway Troubleshooting

Our business is currently using the BennuPay payment gateway, which we have integrated through their API. However, we are encountering several issues with the system. Out of 10 transactions, only 1-2 are successful, while the others fail with various error messages.
We have already contacted BennuPay support, but for now, we are trying to identify and resolve the issue on our side. The website is built on the WooCommerce platform, and there is also the option to add a Webhook for real-time transaction updates. However, we have not tested the webhook integration yet.
We plan to test the webhook functionality soon in order to improve the reliability and stability of our payment system.
