Payment Gateway/Landing Page

I HAVE BEEN BURNED TWICE ON THIS. I am a hypnotherapist presenting a online Course beginning later this month. Need expert with STRIPE/AFTERPAY to create payment landing page using my copy and source material - the Stripe Afterpay feature is the whole point of payment gateway (purchaser pays in installments but Stripe pays merchant full amount). Need clear, compelling gateway/landing page for a Jan 23 starting event. Unfortunately, I have wasted a week with sub-par Fiverr sellers (terrible)…. So need is quick, quality turn-around as I have already lost time on this project due to poor service. Need a true programmer/developer/designer who will not overcharge as this will be a tryout for a developer needed for two websites I owned that need much future work if I am pleased with this landing page/payment gateway project.
