Payment Gateway & API Transfer & Optimization

I need an experienced developer to transfer the payment gateway (Wave) and API from a PHP source code on my DigitalOcean server to a new codebase. This project involves enhancing the performance of the payment system and its API, making necessary optimizations to existing features during the transfer.
Key tasks include:
- Moving the payment gateway and API from one PHP code to another
- Providing TestFlight and APK
- Working with a MySQL database on an Ubuntu server
The ideal candidate for this project should:
- Have substantial experience in PHP and API development
- Be proficient in working with DigitalOcean servers
- Have a strong understanding of MySQL databases
- Possess skills in optimizing code for improved performance
- Be able to deliver quality TestFlight and APK files
