Payment Gateway API Netbilling

Hello,
I have an existing website in PHP/MySQL that uses Netbilling.com as a payment gateway for processing credit card payments. Everything worked fine until early yesterday and not the payment script does not appear to be reaching the payment gateway. There are no network or blocking issues that I can find.
I need an expert at PHP with knowledge of API's that can diagnose this issue and find/fix the issue.
I can assist with file locations, login credentials and testing.
