Payment API Integration for Laravel

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can integrate a few payment gateways into my new Laravel project. The ideal candidate will have experience with Laravel and previous experience integrating payment gateways.
Requirements:
- Integration of PayPal Express Checkout, PayPal Invoice, Payeer and Stripe.
- Ability to work with partial, but not complete documentation for the integration
- Familiarity with Laravel and payment gateway integration best practices
- Testing of these integrations
Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Laravel framework
- Experience with payment gateway integration
- Knowledge of API integration and documentation reading
- Familiarity with Laravel's payment integration libraries and tools
