Payfast Gateway Customization for Food Delivery app

Hi.
I would like to customize my payment gateway (Payfast). The payment gateway comes integrated with the codecanyon script that I've bought and installed.
There is a line of code i want added that will enable split payments after order is confirmed, meaning once order is confirmed payment will be split immediately between my platform and the merchants that will be using my platform. This split payment feature is a payment gateway feature.
So this isn't really payment gateway integration but editing/customising the existing integration.
My platform is food delivery app like ubereats or doordash.
Please refer to the guide below. there are about 7 lines of code to be added on the original payment gateway api code. The code and guide is provided in the below link by the payment gateway.

Basic testing of the split payment functionality after customization. The customization needs to be completed as soon as possible. Testing will include basic functionality check for split payments.
