PayPal Upgrade To Website

Hi. I want an upgrade made to my search engine website http://therealmofnothing.com where my paid ad option is changed from $30 a month and my users not being billed every month automatically on autopilot to $7 a month and my users being billed every month automatically on autopilot.

I use PayPal. My users pay monthly per keyword and there are only 10 paid ad spots per keyword. The people who pay first get their ads shown first.
