PayPal Receipt Interface Development

I need a PayPal interface that focuses on the "Receive Money" functionality. Ideally, the bidder should have solid experience in API integration and PayPal's IPN tool as we need to capture the "Transaction ID," "Amount," and "Customer Name" following a successful transaction. These variables should then be passed to an existing page in our system. A confirmation email should also be sent out confirming the receipt of the transaction. Your knowledge in PHP or other relevant scripting languages would be a great addition. To summarize, the freelancer would need to:
