I need a web and mobile app that enables multiple companies to use a PayPal invoicing function with dynamic account setups.

Key Features:
- Multi-Company Access: Many companies can utilize this invoicing function.
- Account Structure: Each company can create several seller accounts (e.g., A seller, B seller, C seller).
- Seller-Specific Management: Each seller can only manage their own invoices:
1. Send and edit their invoices.
2. View shipping info only for invoices they handle. When A seller's client pays, only A sees their PayPal shipping address.

1. For example TTT company have 3 sellers A B C , once TTT company business paypal account link to website , the A B C can set up account online , and A send invocie , only A and the boss account can see the invocie , it can't see B C or other seller invoice

2. the invoice will go to buyer's paypal account .

3. there is a Ecom system , buyer can pay directly online with paypal
