Need PayPal form with checkbox that allows customer to select 5 events from list of 25, for a flat fee. i.e select any 5 items for $65, and select any 10 items for $110... etc. (example: https://orion.events/sandbox/pick5.html ) need the selection to come through with order at PayPal.
