PayPal API Integration for E-commerce

I'm looking for a developer to integrate a PayPal API on my e-commerce website with the following requirements:

Key Features:
- Enable both PayPal email and card payments.
- Ideally, eliminate the need for PayPal to collect shipping information, as my site builder already does this.
- Implement redirections to a custom thank you page after:
- Successful purchase
- Order cancelled
- Payment failed
