Pay-per-minute chat/call software for a Wix sitecre
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
DESIRED PROJECT LENGH: 7 - 14 DAYS
This chat system must be developed from scratch. I am NOT looking to use existing chat software that has already been developed - I would like to avoid paying monthly commissions.
I would also prefer it if this PPM chat/call software has the ability to be edited by me or other web developers to accommodate changes to the website over time.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Two way chat (PPM) text and call function
*USD, EUR, AUD, INR, AND GBP currencies to be available on chat system.
* Clients must have a minimum of $5 USD credit before they can request to chat/call me. This credit is deducted the moment a chat/call session begins. It can be topped up during the session if they run out of credit and wish to continue.
* Payment system = PayPal, credit/debit card
* Ability to pause charges and offer full or partial refunds
* Rewards system for clients: for every $1 USD the client spends, they get 1 point. Rewards can be redeemed every 100 points; must be manually inputted during top up and/or before any session
* Each client to have their own profile that they can see and that I can see, too, as well as a history/log button to be available documenting all chat sessions with individual clients - perhaps also an option to have transcripts or recordings of calls whenever they are made
* History for clients to be cleared after a month. History for me would be permanent.
* Only buttons on chat window for clients are to end the call and to leave a tip
