Pay later solution

I am looking to implement a debicheck pay later solution for my business. In order to achieve the following we will be making use of an external payment solution that will manage all mandates, collections and finances. We need a developer that can assist in integrating their SOAP API with our wordpress website. The requests and responses will need to be carefully monitored and be exact to ensure that costs are kept to a minimum.
