Patient administration system

We need a robust backend solution built on Zoho for my Doctors so they can:

* Store patient medical records
* Have online conferencing consultations (with Zoho Meetings)
* Able to send digital prescriptions via email (can be as pdf attachment)
* See personal finances (money generated)
* Receive email and SMS reminders of their upcoming appointments
* Email capabilities (send & receive) with Company domain
* Calendar view for their appointments

For my customers:

* Able to book appointments with their desired Doctor
* Receive email and SMS notifications of their upcoming consultation along with their Online conference link
* See their Medical and consultation history
