Pathology laboratory management system

Hi, I required a pathology lab management system. The following are brief requirements:

1. Platform PHP/MySQL.
2. The developer has the option to build a new system or to customize an open-source system.
3. One user system only (Admin)
4. The system must generate reports and bills for the test done in the laboratory.
5. Must use AdminLTE dashboard

General requirements:

1. Admin can enter new patient
2. Test selection form to insert test details, i.e., the admin can enter the blood sugar level for the blood sugar test and the other tests.
3. Preview page to see the entered test details and able to re-edit it.
4. Admin can print the test reports and bills for the tests.
4. Patient search section to search existing patients from the system.
5. List of all patients.
6. Admin can add tests to the system and edit already added tests.
7. Account details like total patients till date, revenue generated by the lab and some other statistics.
8. Option to take backup and restore the backup.
