Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Zoho Developer to design, develop, and maintain Zoho-based solutions for our business operations and clients. As part of our team, you will work on customizing Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and more. You will be responsible for developing workflows, automating processes, integrating Zoho products with third-party applications, and ensuring that all solutions meet our business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Zoho Customization & Development:
Customize and develop applications using Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho products.
Workflow Automation:
Design and implement workflow automations and business rules within Zoho platforms to optimize business processes.
Zoho Integration:
Integrate Zoho products with third-party applications, APIs, and external systems to streamline data flow and functionality.
Data Management:
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within Zoho applications. Handle data migrations and data syncing across systems.
Reporting & Dashboards:
Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to help management make data-driven decisions.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to Zoho applications, ensuring minimal downtime and high system availability.
Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho products.
Strong proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting for automation, integration, and customization.
Knowledge of API integrations and ability to work with RESTful APIs.
Experience in developing custom modules, reports, and dashboards within Zoho applications.
Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective Zoho-based solutions.
Ability to work with Zoho Analytics and generate insights from data.
Experience with SQL and database management, especially in Zoho environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with cloud computing and SaaS platforms.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Zoho One suite.
Familiarity with Zoho Creator for building custom applications.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for further customization.
Experience in agile development and project management methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Zoho Certification (preferred but not required).
Minimum of [10] years of experience working as a Zoho Developer or in a similar role.
