Part-Time Laravel Developer Needed 10 hours per week.

I'm looking for a mid-level Laravel developer to work with us for approximately 40 hours the 1st week, them 5-10 hours per week, longterm. )40 hours a month). The tasks include:
- Bug fixes and maintenance
- New feature development
- Upgrading existing features
Our platform is an interpreting and translation scheduling and management platform. The Senior Developer will assign tasks. It is expected that the work done will be done swiftly, and meticulously.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience with Laravel
- Strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, and web development principles
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
