We are looking for a full-time developer with the following skills:
- HTML / CSS / JS / PHP
- Laravel
- CodeIgniter
- Joomla
- Wordpress
Requirements:
- Sense of design and aesthetics
- Fast response times
- Precise effort estimates
- Good time management
- Time tracking
- Bringing ideas and suggestions
- Soon: Work on terminal server via Microsoft Remote Desktop
We mainly work with templates that have to be adapted according to the needs of the customer. Of course, elements must also be created that are not contained in the templates, for example various sub-pages or popups. What is needed here is the ability to design these new elements to match the rest of the website.
It is therefore important to have the ability to judge what looks bad, what looks good and how something can be improved.
So far I have booked developers on a full-time basis from two different companies, but after a short time it always led to frustration.
I myself also have basic knowledge in all these areas and through many years of experience I can now assess how much time various changes require. At the end of each day, I want to know what was done. This is why it is noticeable if you are trying to cheat and have actually only worked half the time.
