Pairwise Profile Rating Swiper -- 2

I need an interactive component that lets users rate people purely on personality by comparing two profiles at a time. The flow is simple: a user sees Profile A alongside Profile B, chooses which personality they prefer, and the system logs that choice so I can later run ranking or matchmaking logic.

Here is what will make the project a success for me:

• A clean, fast interface that feels natural on both desktop and mobile. I am open to gestures such as swiping or quick-tap buttons—whichever delivers the snappiest user experience.
• Lightweight profile cards that display name, photo, and a brief bio.
• Seamless capture of each pairwise decision in a database or flat-file store (JSON/CSV is fine for a prototype).
• A tiny admin view or export button so I can download the accumulated personality-preference data.

If you can hand off well-commented code (React, Vue, or plain JavaScript) plus a short README on how to run it locally, that will be perfect.
