Page templates with complex functionality and design in wordpress

I am looking for a WordPress developer who can create page templates with complex functionality and design. The website is using easy property listings wordpress plugins and page templates would be for listing the properties. The project requires the following:
Functionality:
- custom slider with ajax
- filters for filtering properties
- ajax for pagination
- additional javascript features and functions
Design:
- Custom design to be provided
- Need to strictly follow the design and corresponding functionality
Number of page templates:
- 2-4 page templates needed(based on how you implement it)
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of Easy Property Listings Plugin and proficiency in designing WordPress page template
- Strong understanding of PHP, AJAX, and JavaScript/jQuery
- Experience in creating custom page template
