PWA with API

Basic user functions to start... create base owner/team/locations

1) Super Admin to view/add/edit all users
2) Owner/Team/Users (with access level for future limit users ability/functions)
3) Add Multi-site Locations
4) Assign users to locations
5) On login, list users assigned locations to Select/Set their location

Example...
Owner1>Team1Users>Loc1a>Loc1b
Owner2>Team2Users>Loc2a>Loc2b>Loc2c>Loc2d

Login Location set example...
Team2 UserID=15 login, list assigned locations (Loc2b,Loc2c) and they select one... Loc2c which sets as their current location as Loc2c.

PWA will work offline and sync once reconnected. Several modules will be added once the base user functions are completed.

PWA will need to be able to easily convert to Mobile apps using React Native (ios/android)
