WP WC PWA Plugin (Secured Refunds,coupons, discounts) some code is angular.js

I need a plugin that should request a PIN code before accepting refund/Void, discounts, coupons feature on my POS. Before proceeding with the action PIN code should be validated

im using wordpress, woocommerce PWA written in angular

The code should allow setting of PIN code on the backend from specified users. Should have the option to add users and nominate the PIN code set by the admin or optional to be set by the user themselves. Code should create this table if not present already. Only admins can see this table

PIN code should be based on a set of rules example atleast 16 characters, one capital etc. This should be optional

plugin should be disabled if not necessary

Code should also be properly tagged or commented for easy identification

More Details
1. As i have indicated on my job order the refund discount should not work with out a PIN. So please, regardless of any parameter or situation, it should not allow refund with out a pin. Whatever the gadget, device or of the quality of internet, if you dont have PIN it should not work.
2. When internet comes back on. Button should appear, but a popup message to pls refresh pos or logout and login again to sync data
3. if no internet refund button should be disabled
4. If no internet it should say " you need internet to perform refund or disable the PIN authentication.
5. please add a button for on and off usage of the pin. So we will have option to use it or not.
