PTO tracker

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop a Desktop Software for a PTO tracker project.

Current PTO Tracking Method:
- The client currently tracks PTO using a spreadsheet or tool.
for 50 person with 16 center with the following requirement
If the request is <30 days in advance for less than 5 days of cont PTO or <60 days for > 5 days of PTO, then explain why (free text)

Number of days requested

Dates requested

Current PTO balance

Expected PTO balance at start of PTO date request

Adequate center coverage avalible (confirmed by CA)

Name of the provider covering urgent JB

Required Features:
- Employee self-service
- Automated accrual calculations
- Integration with payroll system

Preferred Platform:
- The client prefers a Desktop Software for the PTO tracker project.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in developing Desktop Software
- Experience in creating employee self-service systems
- Strong knowledge of automated accrual calculations
- Familiarity with integrating systems with payroll software
