PSD2 payment re-configuration/update of 2 payment gateways

We have 2 payment gateways, PayPal Pro and Barclaycard EPDQ, on our main website, coded and dev'd/supported ourselves over the past 11 years, we urgently a developer to help us update, re-configure/install the new APi's for the new PSD2 rules coming in,
Must be able to communicate/liaise direct, in english and and proven references in payment gateways,
this will also be a regular on-going, monthly maintenance support, ideally as a bonus PCI skills
