PROBLEM WITH WORDFENCE 2FA & TOOLBAR

hi, i have a problem with my website. Virtually uses wordfence 2FA with all users. unfortunately the page where users frame the QR CODE to activate 2FA is no longer working. I don't understand why, could you help me solve it? I was also thinking about using siteground's native 2FA but I don't know if it's for me. Because I would like to put this possibility directly in the user page.

I tried to deactivate certain plugins, change themes, update functions.php file, footer.php file, disable and re-enable various things in the capabilities, but nothing to do. When they click on the button "activate 2fa" or "manage 2fa" they are brought back to the user page which does not allow them to configure and activate it.

the problem, however, I am experiencing it on all user roles except with the admin.

2fa is working, but when i create a new user that user has to active 2fa from a wordfence page and when the user goes to that page he is redirect to another page and the 2fa's page is not visible. but it's as if the site redirected them to the right page (which is in the backend) but then automatically redirected them to the "my account" page I don't understand why since until a few weeks ago everything worked perfectly.

because if I try to access it with my admin user it shows me the page, if I try from any other user it doesn't work. Before, he also showed me the toolbar at the top left in normal users, which he no longer shows now. however i reactivated wordfence. before that page could also be accessed by normal users. That is, before they even if they tried to access the backend area (wp-admin to be clear) they only displayed the page with the qr code to activate the 2fa. now no redirects them to my account page.

as you can see in this tutorial i posted time ago they did that procedure normally. now they can't do it.
