PROBLEM WITH 2FA SETTINGS PAGE FOR OTHER USERS -- 2

I'm looking for someone that can help me fixing a problem with Wordfence plugin.
in a nutshell: there are many user roles on my site and my site uses wordfence two-factor authentication. The problem arises from the fact that the roles of the users who should activate the 2fa autonomously from the page cannot access this page (that of the wordfence 2fa) because when they click on the "manage" FA "button they are redirected to the homepage of the site. I checked the permissions from the appropriate plugin and it's ok. I can't understand why, a person had managed to do it but now I'm point and line.
so I am looking for a person who can initially help me with this problem and then develop a whole other set of implementations on my site.
