PPSR B2G Channel Interface Development

I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a robust interface connecting to the PPSR.gov.au B2G Channel. The interface will serve a purpose to efficiently search for and retrieve business assets information.
Key Project Attributes:
- Knowledge of SOAP 1.1, SOAP 1.2 and SOAP HTTP binding is crucial as it's the preferred programming language.
- Familiarity with the PPSR B2G Channel system is beneficial.
- For optimal results, experience in successfully retrieving data from government systems is desirable.
- Exceptional error handling and data parsing abilities are sought to ensure reliable data retrieval.
- Please provide examples of similar work related to retrieving data from secure systems.
This project needs to be delivered ASAP.
The domain name and hosting is already in place and we have all the accounts set up with ppsr.gov.au
The extention you will build must interconnect with wordpress and woocommmerce shopping cart
Build a one page extension that the client enteres a 17 character digit of the VIN of the vehicle to check
and also enteres credit card details at checkout and then retrieves a one page PDF report which is emailed
to the client via woocommerce. Woocommerce to record the transaction.
You will need extensive knowledge of the following.
PHP, wordpress, woocommerce, PPSR B2G channel uses SOAP 1.1, SOAP 1.2 and SOAP HTTP binding.
You build the connection to ppsr.gov.au only.
We will complete the website ourselfs with all the other pages needed- privacy policy and T&C etc..
