POS System Error Resolution

I'm looking for an experienced specialist to quickly resolve critical errors in my POS system.
I need to quickly resolve the following errors in my POS system
1.
After creating a new customer in the POS, transactions cannot be made for that customer in the POS. That is, the following error message is displayed.
Attempt to read property enable_rp on null
Only previously created customers can be added here. After creating a new customer, transactions cannot be made for that customer in the POS. The error message mentioned above is displayed.
Note:
There are 2 places where a customer can be created in this system. One is in the POS as mentioned above, and the other is by clicking on Customers in the People Tab.

There are several font errors in the POS receipt. That is, some words are in capitals. Those bugs need to be fixed.
3.
The date of purchase of products is not shown on the barcode print labels. However, the date should be there.
4.
Tax, Discount, Shipping functionalities are available in POS Settings. But I need to have them separately in those POS Settings to enable them when needed.
5. I need to customize the loyalty points system.
6. I need to customize the payrolls in HRM.
7. I need to customize the expenses in Accounting.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Expertise in troubleshooting POS systems
- Ability to quickly identify and fix system crashes, data inaccuracies, or performance issues
- Experience with software updates and hardware changes
