POP3 using Oauth2.0 with Office 365 mailbox in PHP

I need a proof of concept for checking emails on a Office 365 mailbox using a PHP script. The script should use a free of charge library and preferably work with PHP 5.5 and more recent versions. The script should perform the following actions: check for new emails, download the email, including the attachment, delete an email, store the token and refresh it if expired, so the user/password will be transmitted only once. No beauty HTML is required. Together with the script, a documentation on how to register the application on Microsoft needs to be provided and any other information needed to transfer the proof of concept in a bigger project.
