I'm looking for a knowledgeable developer to help design a PODIO application for my Mortgage note investing business. The tool should be designed to streamline the entire business operation. Here’s what I need from the application:
1) Document Management:
- Uploading and Storing Documents: Capability to allow uploads and remote storage of files.
- Folder Organization: Ability to arrange documents in specific folders for efficient locating.
- Search and Retrievability: Facilitating easy document search and retrieval.
2) Task Management:
- Task Creation and Assignment: An option to create varied tasks and assign them to appropriate teams or personnel.
- Setting Deadlines: A feature enabling me to set and monitor deadlines for each allocated task.
- Task Progress Tracking: I want the ability to track the progress of each task assigned.
3) Investor Relationship Management: An added feature to effectively manage relationships and interactions with investors.
Ideal freelancers should have experience in PODIO application development, an understanding of Mortgage note investing, and proficiency in Document and Task Management software. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems would be a plus.
