PHP website updates and annotations grading fix

I am in need of a skilled PHP developer to assist with updating and improving both the backend functionality and frontend design of my website. I have a detailed list of requirements for the updates, so the ideal candidate should be able to work with that. The annotations grading system is currently functioning, but needs some improvements, so experience with grading systems is a plus. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience with PHP, MySQL, and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
