PHP website sub directory displays error 404 -- 2

I just installed a PHP theme on my webserver. The problem with my website is i cannot access sub directories because it gives me error 404 display.
I know its as to do with some htaccess rewrite logic. I am using Cyberpanel with open lite speed on my VPS Hosting server.
