I want to change my website layout and design to a reference site. Freelancer has to create a theme based on my reference site and apply that to my existing web application. The task will to to modify every page of my web app and use new design. I have screen shots and css file. I dont have anyother design template at all. So i want someone with designing skills as well as development skills. The web app should look exactly like screen shots.
