PHP8 upgrade from PHP7.4: Few errors on wordpress site -- 2

Updated each and every plugin as well as the theme. My server is a VPS with massive resources of 32GB RAM nd 450 GB NVME disc with Litespeed Enterprise Caching in front of apache. Site runs very well even on 7.4 PHP but on upgrading to PHP8.0 the site speed really jumps even further. However my Wp-admin login access page breaks and shows up error code. I have copied the error code in a file and uploaded here.
Successful bidder will be one who goes through this error code and makes intelligent comment on how he proposes to remove this error code. General salesgirls type yada yada bids are waste of your and thus my time and please avoid it. Bid within the given budget if you really want to be considered.
