PHP script with webhooks based on cryptohopper API

We need to setup a PHP script, which exchanges webhooks with cryptohopper API and app. The script should , e.g. every minute check enable hopper and read out positions in portfolio etc and write the results into dropbox file. The script would have to check continously and would have to run 2 different options .Furthermore, the configuration on both sides cryptohopper app and server side PHP should work together successfully.
