PHP script that can export and convert data from two XLS sheets into csv

Script should:
Open "Data.xlsx"
Export column AR in new "notes.csv"
Delete duplicates
Open Eibach_Katalog.xlsx
Match numbers in notes.csv -> columnA (comma seperated - and ignore .pdf) with numbers in Eibach_Katalog.csv -> Sheet "Hinweise-Notes"-> Column B
and enter the values from
column C in notes.csv column B "deutsch"
column H in notes.csv column C "englisch"
column M in notex.csv column D "franzoesisch"
column R in notes.csv column E "italienisch"
column W in notes.csv column F "spanisch"
column AB in notes.csv column G "niederlaendisch"
column AG in notes.csv column H "russisch"

Add matching numbers before the value in the format "number - " (Sample: "175 - ")
Leave empty if there is no match
Put "<br>" for every linebreak
