PHP script to generate OpenAI texts from CSV files

I will commission a PHP script to generate article texts from OpenAI, in Croatian, 4000-8000 characters long, optimized for HTML using H2, H3 and H4 headings, and each article will cover 3 topics.
In the content of the article, he will randomly place one photo with a digital name in the range from 1 to 100, e.g. 50.jpg with alternative text containing 'subject 1' and a link to the website, e.g. xxxxxyyyyy.com with the keyword 'subject 1' and the dofollow attribute .
I open the page, enter the access password, attach a CSV file that also contains characters of the Croatian alphabet, where I have 3 columns (subject 1, subject 2, subject 3), then I click generate.
The script generates texts and then saves each text to a CSV file with 4 columns, where the first 3 columns are topic 1, topic 2, topic 3, and the fourth column is HTML text.
Once all the texts are generated and saved to a CSV file, it will automatically force the file to download to your computer.
I have a VPS server for this script with PHP 7.4 and 8.1, NGINX, OpenSSL, unlimited max_execution_time, max_input_time, max_input_vars=10000000 and memory_limit=10G
